The young people had the opportunity to get a first-hand look at the work of the parliament and witness parliamentarism in action. In the plenary hall, the youth from Kardzhali were personally greeted by the Speaker of the National Assembly—a gesture that underscored the importance of youth participation in public life.

The group was warmly welcomed by Members of Parliament Bayram Bayram, Elvan Gürkash, Ayten Sabri, and Seifi Mehmedali. In an open and fruitful dialogue, the MPs answered the students' questions regarding the work of a representative and the challenges of the legislative process. The students presented their own ideas and projects related to the development of the Kardzhali region, which were met with interest and support from the lawmakers.

The visit was an inspiring experience for the young people—a touchpoint with the heart of democracy that strengthens the sense of civic responsibility and engagement.
