Today, at the Business Incubator – Kardzhali, we held a round table titled "Market of Ideas on the Problems of Youth Unemployment," dedicated to early career guidance and supporting young people in choosing their future.

The initiative brought together:

• 5 schools

• 100 students

• School leaders and parents

• Experts from the Labor Office, the Career Guidance Center, and the Municipal Administration

• Representatives of business, NGOs, and local media, who covered the event.

The start was unconventional – the microphone was handed over to the students, who introduced themselves and shared what they dream of becoming. Some were shy, while others said they didn't know yet. This is exactly what demonstrated how vital early career guidance, direction, and support from family, school, and institutions truly are.

At the end, Ms. Oreshkova from "P. R. Slaveykov" Secondary School presented an interactive method learned during training abroad, aimed at discovering emotional moments in career development and identifying the strengths and interests of students.
