The initiative involves 20 young people from 10 schools in Kardzhali, who over the coming days will participate in training sessions, workshops, podcast activities, intercultural exchange, and activities related to active citizenship and youth participation.

The exchange is carried out following a signed Memorandum of Partnership between the Youth Center Kardzhali and the Lisbon Youth Center (Centro de Juventude de Lisboa). It is part of the project 'Establishment of a Youth Center in the City of Kardzhali,' under procedure BG-RRP-1.008, funded by the Recovery and Resilience Facility.

This is another significant step toward transforming Kardzhali into a space for international youth dialogue, new opportunities, and European cooperation.
