Here is the English translation:
The participants painted their names as well as symbols associated with Bulgaria, Portugal, Lisbon, Kardzhali, and the Rhodope Mountains. Brought to life on the white sheets of paper were Orpheus's lyre, the Bulgarian rose, the image of Vasco da Gama, the traditional fado instrument, the iconic Lisbon tram, and the ships of the great navigators.
The guests were welcomed with an exhibition of coffee paintings by Petya Zengin. The youth created their own joint final exhibition, which became a symbol of cultural exchange and creative cooperation between Bulgaria and Portugal.
At the end of the meeting, the participants received special gifts prepared by the hosts for the Youth Center in Lisbon — also made with coffee and carrying the spirit of the Rhodopes and Kardzhali.
The activity is part of the implementation of Contract No. BG-RRP-1.008-0001-C01 'Construction of a Youth Center in the City of Kardzhali' under procedure BG-RRP-1.008 'A1 YOUTH CENTERS (IN REGIONAL CITIES)', funded through the Recovery and Resilience Facility.
